职位描述：
工作职责：
1. 协助培训前期和后期宣传推广，如邮件，新闻稿，公告栏和公众号制作；
2. 协助培训准备工作，如场地协调，培训通知下发，考勤记录，道具制作，培训用品购买和领用等；
3. 培训有效性总结，评估反馈和结果报告的跟进；
4. 培训日常事务管理，如建档存档，数据录入和统计；
5. 定期检查和统计培训流程的更新和优化；
6. 完成部门交代的其他临时性事务工作；

岗位要求：
1. 1年以上工作经验；
2. 熟练掌握办公软件，精通excel优先；
3. 英语4级以上，基本功扎实；
4. 富有创意，擅长文案写作优先；
5. 英语专业，市场营销，新闻学相关专业优先；
6. 热爱人力资源工作，愿意从培训模块做起；
7. 细心，自我要求严格，有责任感，热爱学习与自我成长。
