Head hunting technical profiles (IT, engineers…)
Presentation of the selected CVs to the Sales？manager
Interviews of the candidates
Follow up and reporting to the managers？and clients
Looking for new tools, database etc… to search for profiles
HR process study and improvements proposal

Profile
Studied business or human resources
Interested in working on technical and engineering profiles
Meticulous and organized
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
Language: excellent English and Chinese

Willing to work in an international environment with many foreigners.

Level of studies : Bachelor or Master’s degree in Human Ressources, Business or technical background
Location: Xuhui, Shanghai, China
