Mission and responsibilities:
As Senior facilitator, the main role will be to lead the design and delivery of our most complex Workshop events or Programs, managing the client relationship and effectively relying on the expertise of the consulting team. Bring the best collaboration and facilitation expertise to support clients' success.
Your main responsibilities will include, but not restricted to:
1. Take an active part in the whole consulting process:
(1) Co-designing our tailor-made programs, together with the Client and the Account team.
(2) Facilitating workshop events, with responsibility for scoping, designing and delivering high-quality, collaborative events.
(3) Leading projects, and managing the link between the client and the consulting team, acting as central point of contact for event delivery.
(4) Ensuring all deliverables and client interactions meet timescales, cost and quality requirements.
2. Act as a supportive, reliable partner with clients in the areas of change management, leadership, employee engagement, corporate culture.
3. Be familiar with and adapt Teamacting methodology to the specific business case, customize visual and interactive tools, road books and consulting materials if necessary.
4. Apply new and existing collaboration capabilities, including Design Thinking, System thinking, MG Taylor skills and methodology to help solve complex business challenges and drive organizational performance.
5. Contribute to the strategic and organizational development of Teamacting.
6. Help shape best practices and enable continuous improvement within the consulting team.
Basic Requirement:
1. Fluent in Chinese and English, speaking and writing (mainly working in English environment).
3. More than 10 years of experience in workshop facilitation.
4. Familiar with facilitation techniques and methodologies (Design thinking, System thinking, MG Taylor skills…).
5. Preferred experience in trainings/workshops on Executive and top management level.
6. Master degree is a plus (Human Resources, Business, Social Sciences).
Skill Requirement:
1. Demonstrate solid experience in using group facilitation methodologies and facilitating large groups.
2. Demonstrates solid know how and interest in the business trends and dynamics of organizations.
3. Has ability to design and lead inventive programs and projects, and to deliver profound outcomes.
4. Has ability to think conceptually - to think ‘out the box’ - identify connections and leverage them to develop solutions.
5. Demonstrates strong empathy i.e. can read people and their underlying needs and concerns and expresses a genuine interest in and sensitivity towards people.
6. A natural team player and has planning and project management skills.
7. Able to build and inspire confidence and strong relationships.
