I - Description of the function岗位功能
Following supervisor instruction, perform tests in make and analysis the records
按照主管指示，完成实验室测试并记录,分析数据。
Participate to the lab daily and assist for the development and improvement of equipment
参与实验室日常事务以及协助更新及改善实验设备
Participate to the development of test method.

II - Responsibilities belonging to the Function岗位职责
1. Performs routine tests and some specialized tests for company and group entities.
完成公司及团队的常规实验及一些特殊实验。
2. Operates standard laboratory equipment and some specialized equipment
能操作常规的以及一些特殊的实验器材
3. check test reports
校对测试报告。
4. Participates in continuous improvement of the laboratory
参与到实验室的持续改善中
5. Assists in developing, realizing and maintaining lab toolings or equipments
协助实验工具及器材的改进、装配及维护。
6. Writing descriptions of routines necessary to perform tests.
撰写实验作业指导书
7. Assists in designing of test program.

III Role岗位角色
"Responsible for laboratory-based tasks, which include testing, measuring, recording and analysingresults. You provide all the
required technical support to enable the laboratory to function effectively. You assist new project achievement."
负责实验室基本事务，包括测试、测量以及记录分析实验结果。为实验有效运作提供一切技术支持。
