职位描述：
Responsibilities
1.Understanding the brand culture, concept,personality of customers.Commanding of customer orientation,featrues and target clients of project requirements.
2.Understanding the practicability of creation effects and the performance gaps between the part of substance and creations weather or not to control.
3.Strategic decision making for projects with strategy department.Controlling,holding and enlightening the strategy department about strategy direction.
4.Supervising creation department.Arranging the related staff's work task reasonably.Tracking and in charge of the finish times about every single task.

Requirement
1.5+ years of relevant experience,worked in 4A or famous advertising companies.
2.High ability of creative,proposal,management,guidance,communication skills and judgement.
3.You should be imaginative,avant-garde and having strong creative desire and passion.Your works is original and innovate.
4.You should be conscientious and have much managerial experience and team spirit.
5.You can deal with by yourself and have profassional,overall implement.
6.You should be expert in understanding,expressing and writing.
