职位描述：
Job requirements：
1、10~15 years working experience in multinational companies；
2、5 years’ above solid experience at sales function head level in sheet metal components related industry；
3、Experience in bus, industrial equipment and medical device would be a plus；
4、Bachelor degree or above in mechnical related field, MBA is a plus；
5、Strong sales and marketing skills: Be able to identify and catch the market opportunities and familiar with all sales models like marketing, pricing, project sales management, etc；
6、Outstanding business accumen；
7、Technical skills: In-depth understanding about sheet metal parts, etc;
8、Fluent English is a must; Excellent communication skills; Build trust/relationship; Decisive; Result-oriented; Excellent presentation skills;
9、Strong leadership: be able to drive and motivate the team work efficiently on the right track;
10、Coaching skills。
Major Responsibilities：
1、Develop and implement business growth strategy to achieve revenue and profit targets；
2、Build strong sales team for the business growth needs；
3、Provide solid revenue forecast for better resources planning；
4、Oversee and lead customer satisfaction improvement, manage critical customer satisfaction issues, including quality, delivery, price, responsiveness etc；
5、Oversee new project introduction to ensure timely launch；
6、Manage account receivable to continuously improve cashflow；
7、Manage price and product portofolio to improve profitability；
8、Window to customer to ensure good customer service；
9、Analyze market/competitors to support management for core competency/advantage development。
