职位描述：
岗位描述；
1、根据采购订单要求，通过网络等平台寻找供应商，确认相关产品信息并跟进订单。包括询价、议价、报价、成本核算、合同签订、跟踪生产进度、安排物流出货、客户收货确定、制作各种单据等。
2、负责订单相关文件资料的制作，包括Purchase Order、Packing List、Contract等。
3、能够积极主动与供应商沟通，协调好客户的要求和供应商生产的安排；能主动独立处理好跟单过程中出现的各种突发情况，按时按质确保货物按时发出。
4、负责订单产品质量监检、包装、发货、送仓等，以及对各类订单产品质量进行统计、反馈。
5、协助财务做好有关订单对帐工作，能够服从上级临时安排的其它工作。



岗位要求；
1. ***，大专以上学历，有两年以上的外贸跟单经验。
2. 熟悉广州周边市场，能用阿里巴巴等网络平台寻找合适供应商询价，报价等。
3. 能熟练运用操作各种办公软件，英语口语表达流利以及书写流畅。
4. 具有良好的职业操守，工作认真负责，严谨细致，有较强的分析解决问题能力；良好的团队协作精神。
5. 能同时处理好较多产品的跟单流程，有良好的抗压能力，能够接受出差，具有长期工作稳定性。
6. 有五金、皮革、服装行业以及各种生产机器跟单经验者优先。
Description:
1. According to the purchase order requirements, looking for the right suppliers through network platform and then confirm the relevant product information to follow up the order including inquiry, negotiation, quotation, accounting cost, signing contract and making all kinds of documents about the order. such as Purchase Order, Packing List, Contract, etc
2. Follow the orders and production schedule with factories & customers, can in charge of souring process alone. arrange shipping with manufacturers & shipping company.
3. be able to communicate with suppliers actively, coordinate the customer's requirements and suppliers production arrangement.
4. Responsible for product quality inspection, packaging, shipping, warehouse and make the feedback. about the manufacturers

Required :
1. ***, college degree or above
2. Good communication with English in written and spoken.& familiar with all kinds of office software operation.
3. At Least 2 Years Work Experience in merchandiser with I/E Trade.
4. Have good professional ethics, seriously and carefully, has strong ability of solving problem. and have strong team management ability.
5. Good compressive ability, can accept business trip, has long-term stability
