职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、协助公司内部文宣内容的维护及相关的推广活动；
2、负责微信、微博和的运营与策划，包括日常内容编辑、发布、维护管理、互动，提高粉丝量和用户转化率；
3、负责线下活动宣传文案撰写，实现专业化、内容化、品牌化；
4、利用新媒体平台推广公司的品牌、产品和活动；配合品牌整体营销策略及活动制定相应的内容发布、品牌、产品推广互动；
5、挖掘和分析用户习惯、情感及体验感受，能独立完成专题策划、文案编辑，定期与粉丝互动，通过有效运营手段提升粉丝活跃度；
任职要求：
1、本科以上学历，中文、新闻、广告、电子商务等相关专业，1年以上相关工作经验；思维活跃，富于联想能力，有创意思维；
2、逻辑性强、文字功底好，熟悉各类文案的写作，熟悉网络语言，关注新兴事物；
3、对互联网及社会相关热点事件敏感，对于微博、微信拉新传播方面有成熟的方法
4、熟练使用word、excel、PPT等办公软件；
5、懂得制互联网工具、H5设计与制作者优先。
