职位描述：
Responsibilities:
- Manage and strengthen existing customer relationships;
- Assist in developing new business;
- Prepare credit proposals and facility documentation in a timely fashion;
- Monitor risks on a regular basis, ensure prompt reporting and take appropriate actions to deal with irregularities;
- Gather market intelligence to enhance the Bank's position;
- Keep abreast of market developments, particularly the factors which impact the customers.

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, economics or relevant discipline;
- At least 3 years relevant working experience;
- Good credit analytical skills;
- Be customer-focused and sales-oriented;
- Able to work independently and under pressure;
- Good communication skills and team player;
- Good command of written and oral English;
- Knowledge of the regulations of PBOC, CBRC, SAFE and taxation is preferable.
