职位描述：
1. Order Processing
a. Requesting/creating all master data for New Wins, including requesting the creation of Sold-To customer, creating the listings, info-records and pricing;
b. Creating the sales order in SAP directly,
c. Ensure the on-going maintenance and accuracy of SD master data such as customer, listings, info-records and pricing with customer service rep.
d. For confirmed orders created by the Sales Office, Sales Service will send the order acknowledgement to the customer;
e. Communicating changes in order status as needed to relevant parties;
f. Issuing of sales contract for New Wins directly with customer
g. Assist Customer Service and Finance as needed with issues concerning Credit Terms and Outstanding Payments with clients to ensure commercial is always aware of issues that may have a fundamental impact on the commercial relationship
2. Complaint Handling
The position will be responsible, in coordination with CS and the Account Manager, for the handling and resolution of Quality-related complaints arising out of supply, as well as the coordination of the return of goods where necessary.
3. Sales Service Support
a. Visit the key account per account manager’s requests
b. Assist account manager in following up projects, samples and quotes etc.
c. Handle/service all non-key account inquiries directly
d. Assume responsibility for service of non-key accounts to allow Account Managers more time to focus on Key Accounts;
e. Assist commercial with travel arrangements, meetings and conferences, and assist with ensuring external and internal (IFF) customer visits are properly arranged.
4. Reports
a. Gather, prepare and complete reports needed for regionally and globally managed accounts
b. Prepare account reports as needed for commercial and management.
