职位描述：
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
       Create socially-engaging content and manage brand presence in social media channels on various platforms to drive added value to the consumer experience on both popular domestic and international platforms
？ Support Marketing Manager to collaborate with Planning & Brand leads, and partners to create original branded content for communities
？ Develop and maintain weekly Content Calendars for each social community, including but not limited to WeChat, Weibo, Youku, and others where appropriate
？ Publish relevant content in accordance with Content Calendar
？ Define key performance indicators and implement measurement and reporting methods to track key metrics related to social, email marketing and overall business goals
？ Leverage social listening tools to monitor dialog and feedback in social media, analyze and make actionable recommendations.

Personal Specifications/Qualifications/Experience/Skills:
      ？ 3+ years of hands-on social media executing and management experience, preferably in B2C E-Commerce apparel or footwear company
？ University degree holder or equivalent. Oversea experience is a big plus
？ Verbal and written fluency in English is a MUST
？ Tech savvy and willing to keep up with new internet trends & technology
？ Familiar with Microsoft Office, Google Drive and related applications, social media tracking tools, and email marketing platforms
？ Please prepare previous social media campaigns and successful stories to share at interview
