General Description 职责概述:
This position belongs to BAM (Business Application Management) of regional IT. The region is Asia and Far East.
This IT engineer will take responsibilities to deliver professional IT support in following IT segments in Valinox Nucléaire Tubes (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd.
- GPAO (a Manufacturing Execution System) system
- Help desk service of IT
此职位隶属瓦卢瑞克集团亚州及远东IT共享服务中心。此工程师负责向瓦卢瑞克核电管材（广州）有限公司在如下方面提供IT技术服务及支持。

- IT帮助台服务

Qualifications资质要求:
- BS degree in information technology or related field;
- 3+ years experience administering various server and workstation operating systems, especially Windows Server and Active Directory, Windows XP, and Win 7 operating systems;
- Has base knowledge about system infrastructure and some experience about analysis and optimization of database performance;
- Has strong knowledge about Oracle 10G,11G installation, maintenance and troubleshooting;
- 3+ years experience administering data backup, high availability, and business continuity programs;
- 3+ years experience writing and maintaining system requirements, design, operating, validation, change control, and administration documentation, as well as end-user support and training manuals;
- 3+ years experience with IT Support, including Help Desk, documentation, and support/training service;
- Fluent in Chinese as well as English written and verbal
- Strong teamwork and customer-service orientation required.
- 信息技术或者相关专业-本科学历。
- 超过三年服务器及客户端操作系统管理经验，特别是Windows 服务器和活动目录，Windows XP, Windows 7 操作系统。
- 了解分析解决系统基础架构，对数据库性能方面有一定的经验。
- 在Oracle 10G,11G方面有较强的安装，维护，性能优化，及问题分析解决的经验。
- 超过三年数据备份，高可用性及业务持续性管理经验。
- 超过三年书写和维护系统需求，设计，操作，验证，变更，控制，管理文档，以及用户的支持和培训手册的经验。
- 超过三年IT支持经验，包括Help Desk, 文档化和支持/培训服务。
- 良好的中英文书写及口头表达。
- 较强的团队协作能力和客户服务取向要求。
