职位描述：
GTS is looking for highly motivated Designers to join us in our Guangzhou, China office. We look for candidates that a well versed in industry tools and will be counted on to contribute original ideas/designs. This role will report to our Creative Director and will work closely with the product, marketing and sales team.

Responsibilities:
In charge of building powerful ecommerce solutions and design solutions to grow our global business. Passionate about both defining and translating business needs into simple creative solutions
Considers design decisions that will impact customer behaviors and buying habits
Communicates effectively and enjoys working directly with engineers to inform design decisions that lead to high business impact
Familiar with A/B testing and reading results in order improve design to acquiring and retain more customers
Proactive in driving the end-to-end discovery and design process, from research and concept ideation to final high-fidelity visual designs
Prioritize and lead strategic initiatives by planning the design team roadmap
Elevate the design practice within the organization

Requirements:
3+ Years of experience with designing digital products
Experience building high-performance e-commerce sites
You are comfortable working in the Agile methodology
Good communication and presentation skills (verbal and in presentation form)
Good working knowledge of HTML/CSS, ability to prototype in code a big plus
Knowledge of responsive design
You estimate work, commit and deliver on deadlines and are vocal when risk arises
Positive thinker & team player
