Job Description：

All duties as required for managing quality throughout the organization, including but not limited to:
--
1. Identify resource need and allocate resources for projects as needed to ensure project running smoothly
2. Recruit and train new QA/QC as need to ensure sufficient resource and competence of the team.
3. Identify individual and collective training need and plan training for the team to continuously improve team competence.
4. Monitor, measure, motivate and discipline team members to continuously improve team performance.
5. Continuously identify and extend testing capabilities, establish and refine test methods and protocols
6. Identify international product safety requirements and ensure product compliance through proper testing and verification.
7. Ensure products continuously comply with quality, performance, reliability as well as relevant safety and regulatory requirements worldwide by all means
8. Measure and improve supplier management system and compliance capabilities against international standard as well as client expectation, e.g. ISO 9001, ISO14001, SA8000, WCA etc.
9. Host client visit/audit and deal with customer compliant.
10. Continuously identify room for improvement in IPL quality system and fill in the gap.
11. Provide good solution and suggestion for all the quality issues in any times needed.

Requirements
- At least 10 years of working experience at senior managing positions
- Well understand operations of trading company and buying office
- Be familiar with different materials like paper, wood, plastic, metal, glass, ceramic the related manufacturing processes.
- Strong experience in packaging industry
- Be good at international quality standard
- Good command of English in both writing and oral.

3、我们的工作主要是与总部和销售分公司的同事们密切沟通与合作，为客户在中国国内寻找货源，新产品开发，询价报价，打样跟单，质量控制，报关发货等；

1. We are an international trading company, branched in GuangZhou China.
2. Customers under our service are holding the world-famous wiskey brands such as CHIVAS (UK), JACK DANIENL (US), GLENMORANGIE (UK), JONNIE WALKER (UK), etc.
3. Our main job is dealing with China local suppliers and communicating with colleagues in headoffice. Working scope includes the whole process from sourcing, enquiries & costings, samping making, PO execution/quality control to shipment effecting.
