职位描述：
Highlight of major Job accountabilities:
1) Assist in developing, maintaining, implementing and supporting the replacement of existing local reporting system
2) Assist with different units to identify, prepare and implement the replacement of existing system and enhancement of other reporting Modules
3) Assist the Project Manager to identify, analyse and review the possibilities to enhance local reports
4) Assist in managing technical and/or process (re-)engineering projects
5) Participating in and contributing to assigned projects and change initiatives required by China units
6) Provide the daily operations support on request

Skills and Qualifications:
1) Degree holder in Banking, Accounting and Finance or related discipline
2) Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (especially in the area of bank operations is required, project management experience is preferred)
3) Proficiency in relevant on PC operations of Word, Excel Macro, Visio, PowerPoint and MS Access is preferred
4) Strong analytical, organizational, good time management and communication abilities are essential
5) Good spoken and written English and Chinese
6) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision under a fast-paced environment
7) Good team player with interpersonal skill, able to work in matrix organization
