？ 焊接工艺/ Welding procedure
在刀盘生产车间推进执行焊接工艺规程（WPS），保证刀盘生产符合海瑞克工厂标准；
Implement Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) in Cutter Wheel Production workshop, ensure all production process following the requirement of Herrenknecht Company Standard (WN-HKAG-1.2);
？ 焊接质量控制/ Welding quality control
检查日常刀盘车间制造活动，按照焊接工艺规程，指出和更正不规范的操作，持续改善生产制造及加工流程，保证焊接质量；
Following WSP to check daily activities on welding production, point out and correct nonstandard operations, to ensure welding production quality;
？ 生产制造计划安排/ Working plan
按照标准作业指导书，创建各工序工作计划书（working plan sheet），对各工序进行详细描述，并量化标准工时，协助推进SAP系统导入；
According to Standard Operation Procedure (SOP), work out welding production daily Working Plan, including job description, standard man-hours setting for each work step, supporting SAP to be on-line;
？ 对部门内外提供专业的焊接及机加工技术咨询，协同解决生产及机加工过程中问题；
Providing engineering support on welding and machining, to trouble shoot and resolve technical problems;
？ 协助管理刀盘生产制造团队，优化生产流程，提高效率。
Assist to manage the cutter wheel production team, improve working procedure and work efficiency.
任职要求/ Qualifications
？ 机械设计及制造相关专业，大专或本科学历；
Major in mechanical design relative, college or above.
？ 三年以上制造类工作经验，熟悉焊接及机械制造工艺，了解如焊接、锻造、热处理、机加工等机械工艺流程；
More than 3 years experiences of manufacturing including welding and machining, with experience at welding, forging, heat treatment, and machining;
？ 能熟练运用CAD绘图软件，熟悉生产制造或机械图纸；
Familiar with manufacture or mechanical drawings, and CAD software operation;
？ 具备良好的沟通能力和执行能力；
Good communication skill and execution competency;
？ 良好的英语口语及书面技能；
Good at both oral and written English;
？ 熟悉办公软件操作；
Familiar with MS office operation;
？ 有SAP 操作经验尤佳；
Experience with SAP is preferred;
？ 良好责任感，团队合作精神。
Good sense of responsibilities, team work.

GUANGZHOU HERRENKNECHT TUNNELLING MACHINERY CO., LTD., is a joint venture between Herrenknecht AG and Guangzhou Guangzhong Enterprise Group Corp., main share holding by Herrenknecht AG. The company locates in Huangge Industry Park, Nansha, Guangzhou with a total area of 46,000 square meters, and started operation officially in December 2005 with around 400 employees till now. Its business scope includes manufacture of TBM equipment and components; assembly, commission and refurbishment of TBM; after-sales Service of TBM; bonded storage; international and domestic trade.
