Responsibilities:
? Implement recruiting plan including external and internal positions;
? Post JD to internal and external channels such as 51job, careers and We chat, coordinate interview screening days and interview scheduling, and give all interviewed candidates feedbacks;
? Set up/update/implement the recruiting process to comply with the development of talent strategy;
? Develop/Improve/maintain the recruiting selection tools, increasing use of social media and direct searching recruiting;
? Maintain recruitment database and management information/reports for internal communication and audit;
? According to the on board process to arrange the related issues for new employees, such as arrange the background check and health check, apply the IGG card, open the related accounts, organize 1st day orientation and so on;
? Collect all new employee JDs in time;
? Optimize the new staff orientation program and assist Recruitment Supervisor on new employee engagement program;
? Translate Total news and Headquarter press;
? Prepare analysis reports on staffing including recruiting tracker report, talent pool and JD pool report and etc.;
? Work on the Enterprise Staff We chat for information update, news push and so on;
? Be responsible for HR & Administration department's SAP PR request, including TLC Shanghai, Guangzhou and Beijing Office Expense;
? Assist Recruitment Supervisor to carry forward recruitment activities, like Campus Recruitment, Total Summer School and so on.
? Assist Recruitment Supervisor with qualified recruitment to support organization development.
? Assist Recruitment Supervisor with communication to all staff levels to convey the company recruitment strategies, policies, culture and so on.
Requirements:
? Bachelor degree or above, major in Human Resource is preferred;
? Minimum 3 years working experience in recruitment or other HR related functions in a multinational company;
? Good PC skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office software required;
? Strong organizational skills, communication/ listening skills, and presentation skills are essential;
? Able to work independently and be flexible to changing priorities.
? Good at oral and written English and Chinese Mandarin.
