职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责公司的招聘工作，负责面试邀请、面试筛选人员；
2、执行并完善员工入职、转正、异动、离职等相关政策及流程；
3、负责组织公司企业文化建设，提炼和宣传企业理念，举办各种活动，如：生日会、外出旅游，节日聚会等活动的组织，促进员工工作积极性和凝聚力；
4、负责公司会议前安排及对会议内容记录，会后做会议整理与总结；
5、负责公司档案及其他资料的管理工作，包括登记、分类、存储、备份；
6、负责公司员工考勤，每月按时提供考勤报表，并对考勤数据做好存档；
7、负责公司公务用车的管理和车辆年审及保险的相关工作；
8、负责公司用工备案、社保、公积金申报工作；
9、完成上级交办的各项事务。
任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，有人事和行政主管3年以上工作经验者优先；
2、具备三级或二级以上人力资源管理师资格证优先；
3、具有较强的亲和力，优秀的人际沟通、协调、组织能力；
4、能承受工作压力，有条理、有耐心，有独力解决问题的能力。
