工作职责:
Implement and Evaluate Marketing Programs
Propose action plans and implement agreed plans. Closely follow up the program result, sales feedback and make necessary amendment if required. Evaluate the programs after completion and provide learning for next action.
Initial Purchase & Sales Forecast
Coordinating with sales team to prepare monthly rolling sales forecast based on brand plan and sales analysis
Liaising with French marketing teams in regards to the Extranet websites.
Work with marketing and sales team and forecasters to ensure newness is correctly forecasted
New Products Launch Project Management
Work with cross function project teams to commercialize the approved new products, which includes product concept, formula, product design and supply
New production innovation 3-5 Plan
Investigate and analyze the competitive landscape, consumer insights and trends to identify innovation opportunities. Validate and prioritize these opportunities and come up with the proposal
New Products Launch Commercial Plan
Work with agencies & cross function teams to develop commercial launch plan with full product mix and launch execution plan.
Internal Alignment
Prepare approval and review decks, cross function team communication to get alignment with both local and global marketing team’s alignment
任职资格:
Bachelor degree or above
At least 3 years marketing/product experience in FMCG industry
Cosmatics relevant experience is a great plus
Fluent in English and Mandarin
Good command of Office software
Ability Quality & Personality Match
Have good communication skill and co-operation skill
Patience, organized, independent, self-motivated
Multi-tasking with good time management
