职位描述：
Role responsibilities
1. Involve with sales team on the product demonstration and pre-sales activities to potential clients
2. Construction project management process redesign or ERP product customization with project member base on client's requirement
3. Develop project plans and manage projects from beginning to the end
4. Deliver support, professional training and implement to global clients and build up training manuals, basing on construction management skill and RIB software platform
5. Conduct detailed analyses of client business processes, develop and manage the complementation of RIB construction software solutions
6. Provide post installation support by evaluating queries and software functionality issues and responding in an appropriate and timely manner
7. Participate in the implementation of ERP integration project, engage in the technology development and complete the integration work of the system design
8. Implement and manage the installation, data migration, configuration and server and network compatibility interface of RIB Software at client sites
9. Be able to work with regard to activities and hours in a role that will involve international business travel

We're Expecting colleagues with
1. Bachelor or above with related major in IT, Computer Engineering. Master, MBA or above degree is preferable
2. 10+ Years working experience in ERP project implementation and consulting and business analysis Experience in theoretical and practical
3. Proven field based experience of software installations, configurations, server and network management is preferable
4. Excellent customer service oriented
5. Confident and professional presentation skills
6. Excellent communication and influencing skills with team work spirit
