职位描述：
Responsibility
1、Lead the team to provide technical support for hard coating and tinting, solve the problems rising in production on time. Ensure production people to receive enough help when they need
2、Coordinate all process and product change as needed. Qualify and validate any new process/ equipment/ products
3、Monitor the process implemented correctly as required. Rectify any wrong operation and process. Stabilization the process conditions
4、Keep improving process to achieve higher yield and production efficiency. And update the relevant document on time
5、Assist production people to improve the manufacturing environment and cost down
6、Manage the raw & consumable material to improve the material utilization, keep BOM updated regularly
7、Organize to fix the equipment problems in these areas, to minimize the break down time.
8、Train the operator/trainer on tech and make WI/SOP understood completely by relevant operators
9、Investigate the coating defect causes , and work out the best solution
10、Interface with vendors and customers to determine and/or solve a variety of process-related problems; to ensure raw materials, process and design are compatible
11、Assist Surfacing Eng or AR Eng to implement the process test when they need
12、Do documentation including records and analyses of process
13、Shall maintain up to date information of practices and improvements in process and program within the CZV Group

Qualification
? University graduate or above. Major in Chemical or relative discipline
? Minimum 5 years working experience in process support
? Fluent in English of both written and spoken
? Good team work spirit and leadership
? Familiar with FMEA, SPC, DOE
