Admin functions
You will have to assist administrative tasks such as :
Assist the GM
Organize and report the work for the accountant
Invoices management follow up
Bank management follow up
Daily administrative tasks (Kuaidi, hotline, transport tickets, advices to foreigners...)
HR functions
You will be in charge of looking for new profiles (mostly engineers and managers) who correspond to our requirements.
Understanding of the job description
Selection of the CV
Presentation of the CV to the manager
Follow up and reporting
Looking for new tools, database etc... to search for people
First selection of the candidates through phone calls
Candidates interview
Final selection and communication with the client
HR process study and improvements proposal
Profile: Qualification and Experience
All fields, but major in business admin, HR or with an engineering background is a plus
Agree to work about technical and engineering profiles
Very curious and organized
Opened Minded
Pro active and like to work with foreigners
Good English
