职位描述：
1. Supporting the Head of Marketing and Admissions to manage both its short- and long-term marketing and sales strategies to optimize brand image, increase market share and achieve enquiry and enrollment targets.
2. Assist to develop and implement digital marketing strategies integrated with traditional marketing efforts; project management and analysis.
3. Ensure excellent execution of marketing activities and production of high quality collateral materials in order to achieve branding and marketing objectives; Tracks, collates, and maintains inventory of marketing materials.
4. Events management related tasks including, but not limited to, organizing and training part-time staff, managing vendors to ensure optimum service delivery, setting up displays and venue, and working with various school departments to ensure all logistical needs of marketing events are met, both on/off-campus.
5. Monitor digital marketing and seek to improve channels to boost Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) whilst tracking trends.
6. Manage and analyze corporate website and other online media or vehicles’ traffic performance to optimize quality leads generation. Corporate website information should be up-to-dated.
7. Working closely with the Admissions team to promote admissions-related activities and events to maximize the number of enquiries and enrollments.



Requirements:
1. Minimum 3 years experience in Marketing, Brand Management, Sales Management and/or Public Relations, preferably in high-end education or service industry, with at least 3 years in a similar position.
2. Degree holder or above in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration or related disciplines.
3. Exceptional command of both spoken and written English.
4. Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
5. Solid experience in planning and driving an effective marketing program. An established track record of building rapport with media and/or business associations highly preferred.
6. Digital marketing experience is much preferred.
7. Strong planning and organization skills with an analytical and creative mind.
8. Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork; must be a highly effective communicator.
9. Outgoing, independent, customer-oriented and driven personality with a high degree of initiative. 举报 分享
