职位描述：
Responsibilities
- Perform corporate secretarial functions, including incorporation, and/or deregistration of wholly foreign-owned/ domestic enterprises and their branches/rep offices in various PRC cities
- Deal with insurance brokers regarding China-related insurance policies, coordinate the subscription, renewal and relevant approval procedures
- Draft, review and negotiate day-to-day agreements
- Work with external legal counsel and provide advice on legal matters
- Perform legal support and administrative functions for senior members of the legal team
- Handle compliance issues with relevant authorities
- Administrate PRC lawsuits and disputes

Requirements
- Degree holder in law or equivalent disciplines
- Qualified PRC lawyer (preferred)
- 2-5 years of relevant corporate and/or litigation experience
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in PC skills (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Self-motivated, independent with good communication and administrative skills
- Ability on multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Candidate with less experience would be considered for Legal Executive position
