职位描述：
1. Conduct interviews assessments and provide professional comments to assist line manager to make decision.
2. Lead and implement ER programs in South Region to enhance engagement.
3. Execute company performance management program and other assigned HR programs.
4. Support to assigned office administration tasks.

任职要求：
1. Bachelor degree in HR or any disciplines
2. 3+ year related HR experiences in multinational companies
3. Familiar with Labor Contract Law
4. Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
5. Good Mandarin and English communication skills.
6. Analytical and able to handle complexity
