职位描述：
Your tasks:
1.To support the supplier base development strategy by the implementation of processes such as supplier approvals, supplier qualifications,supplier evaluations and supplier development.
2. Planning, executing and controlling of international and local supplier audits and assessments, effective tracking and implementation of the resulting tasks.
3.Monitoring and regular reporting of the quality performance of suppliers on global standards and help drive continual improvement.
4.Be the main point of contact for controlling the delivery situation of our suppliers regarding quality effects and implementation of process optimizing actions between VIS and our suppliers.
5.Forwarding complaints to our suppliers and following up the problem solving progress according to 8D rules to ensure the security of supply in case of complaints.
6.Agreement of quality standards, specifications, Q&V's between suppliers and VIS and to ensure compliance to these agreements.
7.To apply escalation management in the case of time and quality deviations
8.Coordination of tasks for incoming inspection in region AA.
9.Reports to Head of Supplier Quality Management, located in Europe/Germany.


Your qualifications:
1. Successfully completed academic degree in engineering, economics or other relevant discipline
2. Minimum 5 years relevant experience in quality in relevant industries such as automotive, medical or aerospace technology, preferably in a supplier quality role
3. Sound understanding of quality management systems . Qualification as a Lead quality auditor, ISO 9001, ISO19011,TS16949 or ISO 13485 as well as experience using relevant quality methods, tools and processes e.g. APQP,QRQC, 8D,Six Sigma,CAPA.
4. Strong negotiation skills.
5. Excellent command of written and spoken English is required
6. Willingness for international and domestic travel
