职位描述：
1)As the responsible buyer for Lens accessories business, responsible for the supplier management including
- Potential suppliers sourcing,
- Supplier base management,
- Conduct supplier assessment continuous improvement program with suppliers,
- Negotiate for terms &conditions and contracts with suppliers.
2)Responsible for data analysis, commercial terms management and then develop the material group strategy for certain material category.
3)Demonstrate and implement material group strategy for assigned material group.
4) Work closely with cross function team including global sales and marketing, technical, supply chain and coordinate between suppliers and customers for overall customer satisfaction.
5)Organize and Participate in supplier evaluations.
6)Implementing cost reduction strategies while collaborating with global procurement, engineers and suppliers, etc.
7) Contribute and facilitate new business case including supply chain setup, formula management, system maintenance, etc.
8)Maintain good relationship and communications internally and externally.
9)Minimize the supplying risk: Back up supplier setting up; Frame contract negotiation with supplier, etc.
任职要求：
· University or above，Chemical, Project Management and Sourcing background preferred
·Solid working experiences in large foreign entities and strong knowhow about western culture
·Procurement skills such as supplier sourcing, contract and price negotiation
·Strong communication skills across language and culture background
·Excellent English skills both in verbal and written.
