Responsibilities:
1. 负责公司工厂建设和未来运行所需设备、物料、耗材和服务类等采购活动，严格按照公司拟定的采购流程实施采购工作；
Be responsible for purchasing of fixed assets, material, consumables, and service etc. for new manufacturing facility and future operation. Implement the purchasing according to the company’s procurement policy strictly.
2. 建立供应商管理体系并持续优化采购渠道；开展供应商评估、认证及考核工作；
Establish vendor management system and keep continuous optimization. Carry out evaluation, certification and assessment of the performance of vendors.
3. 进行合同管理包括但不限于合同签订，追踪以及后续执行评估等工作；为重点和大宗采购项目的谈判、签约及合同交付执行提供支持；保证采购合同具备最具竞争性的商务条款和服务条款；
Contract management including but not limited to signature, tracking and implementation evaluation etc. Provide support for negotiation, signature and execution of key and bulk purchasing contracts. Ensure the procurement in terms with most competitive commercial and service terms.
4. 收集公司主要采购产品及服务的行业信息，了解市场行情，为采购及公司的科学决策提供依据；
Collect industry information to understand the marketing price of company materials and services. The information will be used for scientific decision of procurement department at company level.
5. 保持与内部使用部门的充分沟通，在准确了解并评估需求的情况下，确保采购结果符合各类项目的相关要求；
Be sure to keep close and sufficient communication with internal cost sections and that the procurements will be compliance with special requirements of the all kinds of company projects.
6. 持续不断地改进采购关键业绩指标包括但不限于降低成本、改善付款周期、优化供货及时率及使用人员满意度等
Continuing to optimize key performance indictors including but not limited to reducing costs, improving payment cycle, keeping a proper delivery rate and improving satisfactory etc.
7. 执行领导安排的其他临时任务；
Perform other temporary jobs assigned by leader.

岗位要求：
Requirements:
1. 化学、生物或制药工程等相关专业本科或以上学历；
Have bachelor degree or above in chemistry, biology or pharmaceutical engineering.
2. 三年以上供应链或采购相关工作经验；有药企工程建设方面采购工作经验者优先考虑；
3+ years supply chain management or relevant working experience; Pharmaceutical factory construction working experience is preferred.
3. 具备较强的分析判断、比价议价、沟通协调以及谈判的能力和技巧；
Have a good analytical, bidding, communication and negotiations skills.
4. 具备独立工作能力，可承担工作压力及较强的执行力；
Be able to work independently, under pressure and have strong execution.
5. 具备英语听说读写的能力；
Have English ability in writing, reading and speaking.
6. 较好的计算机操作技能；ERP或相关软件操作能力；
Good computer office skills; be able to process purchasing by using ERP or similar software.
7. 有责任心、敬业、创新，有较强的团队协作能力；遵纪守法，遵守职业道德；
