Business: ADM Digital Eng General

Role Purpose / Description
- Facilitate and displine daily agile scrum activities, eg. sprint planning, daily stand-up, sprint demo and retrospective meetings
- Guiding the team on adopt Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers and to become self-organized productive team
- Facilitating and driving the scrum team for technical solution to implement backlogs
- Tracking work progress to identify impediments, risks and blockers
- Facilitate resolving impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.
- Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organisation and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team.
- Driving continual improvement of the team for higher violocity gain
- Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving.
- Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
- Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
- Supporting the Product Owner for grooming and maintaining the product backlog

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written skill in English is a must;
- Good team player is a must;
- 5+ years software development experience and/or project management experience in a professional environment is required;
- 3+ years of scrum master or relevant agile leadership experience is required;
- Strong collaboration and communication skills in global working environment is required;
- Sound experience in working with international stakeholders and project teams is preferred;
- Solid knowledge in IT technologies and solutions is required;
- Experienced in mobile app and/or other digital products development is preferred;
- Certification(s) on Project Management, Agile and Scrum etc. is required (eg. PMP, PMP-ACP, SCM);
- Experienced using tools like JIRA, Confluence, Kanban, RTC and etc. is preferred;
- Experienced with Continuous Integration / Deployment, Test-driven Development and Behavior-driven Development is preferred;
- Fluent communication in Cantonese and Mandarin is a plus. 举报 分享
