职位描述
Responsibilities:
Preventive maintenance:
-To organize and implement schedule of maintenance, prevent maintenance and to improve all of equipments
-To take charge of indicators as breakdown PM realization in process and IE indicator to limit breakdown time
Spare parts:
- To define spare parts list for each machine and support maintenance assistant to manage spare parts
Equipment maintenance:
- To implement inspecting, installing, adjusting equipment & fixtures and to keep record
- To arrange daily maintenance work and efficient appraisal
- To provide coaching and training for maintenance technician concerning technology
As project leader of equipment, to resolve issues such as online control, equipment approval and equipment improvement
Project support:
- To take part in actively and complete special mission
- To act as member of trouble-shooting analysis concerning equipment ,sample test /SIL ,equipment transfer and new equipment development
Requirements:
－Major in electric automatic of technical secondary school is compulsory, college degree of electric and mechanic incorporate is better
－At least 3 years electric and mechanic maintenance experience in manufacturing company. 5 years as electric maintenance and repair in joint venture companies is ideal
－primary English
－Basic computer operation
