_ Implement annual employee culture activities plan
_ Arrange entertainment and other activities for employees
_ Enforce Employee relationship set-up, to ensure labor ship developed harmoniously
_ Communication activity across the whole company
_ Exit Interview arrangement and coordinated
_ Personnel dispute solved and coordinated
_ Deal with some emergencies
_ Other task assigned by superior
Requirements
_ College above graduated.
_ Above 2 years of relevant experience, especially good at organizing employee culture activities.
- Good command of English, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
_ Active and team spirit.
_ Good communication skills
