Job Description
Requirements:
? The role requires the successful candidate to become part of a team delivering an ICT application to a leading telecom provider in an agile way in the Netherlands. The role involves dealing directly with the customer and working closely with other members of the scrum team which includes employees of theclient, other suppliers and representatives of the customer.
? Involve in the day-to-day OSS software scrum team on customer site. Work and collaborate with the development team from R&Dcenter in China and local delivery team.
? Be the interface between the customer and the back office development team on project progress, reporting, customer requirement updating and coordination between all stockholders.
? Take lead in project development, communication.
? Participant in design, development, and implementation of the product life circle.
Requirements:
? Master or Bachelor Degree in Telecommunications, or Network Engineering, or Computer Science;
? At least 3 years or above relevant working experience in ICT industry;
? Passionate about work, proactive and highly motivated;
? Expertise in Java, Ibatis, Jquery, CSS, HTML;
? Familiarity with software design patterns;
? Work with an Agile (SCRUM) development approach;
? Experience working in a small, close-knit team with a high degree of shared development;
? Honest, enthusiastic, learning quickly, passionate;
? Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese. The Dutch language will be a plus;
? Living in the Netherlands or in the possession of a valid Dutch Highly skilled migrant status or work permit;
? With valid driving licenses in Benelux region. Working hours are flexible and can accept short business trip out of EU sometimes.
