职位描述:
The Supplier Management Support role will provide analytic and general administrative support to the Supplier Relationship Management function in Group Procurement to enable HSBC to manage strategic relationships in an effective and efficient manner.
The jobholder will support across a range of supply relationships across the spectrum of categories and commodities.
The role will specialise in analytical activities providing key management information, standard metrics and reports, across a range of supplier relationships.

The job holder will also do the following:
· Collate feedback and management information from a range of sources, both internal and external.
· Create and maintain databases, standard reports and trackers as requested by the Supplier Management function and produce aggregate MI to evaluate supplier performance holistically
· Review management information and highlight any trends to the Supplier Management function.
· Provide ad hoc administrative support including scheduling events and booking resources
· Provide ad hoc analytical support including deep dives into existing data sources for further analysis
· Deliver allocated actions from meetings, incident reporting and initiatives as requested
