A.Job Description:
Training (new and recurring staff)
1.Provide training by using methods and tools from Global Training Team;
2.General seafreight knowledge, logistic industry and international trade knowledge;
3.User daily work system functionality.
System Admin and Support
1.Trouble shooting and analyzing when user report system issues. A quick and proper support and feedback to users is expected, as well as suggests temporary solution, if it is needed;
2.Report systems issues through pre-defined communication channels.
Process Optimization
1.Observe task procedure, review task W.I, recommend and consult SSC for best way (e.g. automation, etc.) to execute system tasks with a goal of compliance with corporate conceptual system usages and methods;
2.Provide functional guidance during SOP finalization.
Continuous learning
1.Keep up to date on all new and existing materials (releases and change requests) produced by the global Process &
Systems team and local team.
Collaboration
1.Build and maintain strong relationship with the respective internal stakeholders.
B.Job Requirement:
College graduate or above
Trainer or system support experience
Logistics or transportation industry working experience
Written/Spoken English proficiency
Self-disciplined and motivated;
Attention to detail, follow-through ability.
