Job Description:
? You will provide day to day management of the Finance team supporting the AVP
? You will deliver process optimization for Finance functions to improve strategic and operational goals and realize system automation.
? You will formulate business and process improvement strategies.
? You will add value to the department by managing processes, tools and inter-departmental relationships.
? You will handle highly complex issues in respect to cost savings analysis and implementation.
Your Skills:
? You are highly experienced in the manufacturing industry and optimization process, including extensive knowledge of SAP.
? You have a passion for business transformation and improvement.
? You have a genuine passion and expertise in financial process analysis, implementation and delivery of projects.
? You take great pride in finding solutions to business requirements
? You are an excellent communicator in both English and Chinese.
