职位描述：
Strategic Contribution

• Align with Corporate finance strategy to drive centralization of T&L processing, identify service scope for centralization that brings optimization of the quality and efficiency.
• Drive towards increased process digitization and automation of T&L declarations and improve reporting functionality.
• Align with SABIC future growth in Asia, contribute in developing service capability ahead of the growth, enable “plug-and-play” by standardization and digitization of the Travel & Living process in the service hub.

Policy, Procedure and Controls

• Establish detailed SOP and procedure of T&L process in the service hub in accordance with the global policy and guideline. Regular update to fit to the changing business needs and country statutory/tax requirements.
• Drive standardization of the SOP and procedures among different sites and push for simplification and digitization wherever possible, target towards “plug-and-play” model where new entities can be easily on boarded.
• Ensure segregation of duties in the process set-up and work allocation, apply offline mitigation controls whenever possible.
• Support Hub lead to set up regular monitoring tool to ensure the policy/procedures are strictly adherent to.

Management:

• Manage the day-to-day T&L expense and reporting process of the service hub, providing expertise, encouraging and ensuring teamwork, aligning work processes in order to achieve high performance standards, meet established targets, objectives and employee engagement in a motivated work environment

Liaise and coordinate with internal customers (country finance and cross function team) to transfer and stabilize the centralization of the T&L process services.

Day-to-Day Activities:

• Pacific Travel & Living Process: Responsible for the T&L expense report review & audit to ensure global and regional T&L policies compliance, employee reimbursement proposal for all Asia Pacific countries; monitoring of corporate credit card aging status and preparing T&L expense reporting for the region ,on-line T&L reporting tool administration support (until Employee Services are established in Asia Pacific);
• Provide Guidance and support users to correctly present their T&L expenses; Organize regular T&L training to user groups to enhance the understanding. .
• Maintenance of Concur system: Coordinate with HR and external vendor to a) implement Concur in new legal entities; b) timely reflect changes of system/policies into the Concur; c) timely reflect any indirect tax changes related to T&L in Concur.

Statutory Compliance (Tax)

• Explore the process synergy to combine indirect tax filing with the hub T&L process (e.g. combine VAT filing with A/P process)
• Closely align with site financial reporting team and global tax team on needed operation steps and subsequent controls/reconciliation to ensure the quality and timeliness of the indirect tax processing embedded in T&L process.

Communication and Stakeholder Management

• Regular alignment with HR and international vendor financial service leaders to understand policy and guideline and alignment of centralization scopes related to T&L process.
• Periodic reporting of expense and disclosing information for reporting and tax purposes

Support to conduct periodic customer survey (both business and finance) to evaluate the service level and identify improvements of T&L process.
