Objectives of the Job:
1. With the request of the Group leader or Lead Engineer, execute & fulfill the part design & development or performance integration test independently,
2. Ensure on time delivery of the deliverables with high quality and customer satisfaction.
3. Help the new team members to get integrated into the organization.
Main Duties:
? Provide a thorough testing & validation service in support of the integration team & subsystem team;
? Focus on vehicle level durability test, execute durability test in proving ground and public road as defined, track vehicle status on daily basis and report on weekly basis;
? Work closely with other program integration team members to ensure that solutions are balanced for all areas of vehicle performance, including safety, NVH, aero, cooling and thermal management;
? Provide timely performance status updates to the management team & customers;
? Travel as necessary to support individual projects.
Qualification:
? Bachelor degree or above, Vehicle/Mechanical Engineering;
? 3+ years working experience in vehicle integration and testing preferably at OEM, including instrumentation and data acquisition as well as signal analysis(specific training will be provided for the right candidate);
? Strong project management skills;
? Ability to follow procedures and guidelines as laid down by MSC;
? Working knowledge of component and vehicle testing;
? Driving license required;
? Good oral and written communication skills in English.
