Responsibility:

  • To develop & maintain defined big potential target accounts.
  • To promote all tradelane services especially seafreight service of the company.
  • To liaise with K+N overseas offices.
  • To focus on agreed market segments and targets.
  • To cooperate with the respective team leader and the management team as a whole.
  • To cooperate with the respective GKAM/RKAM, as well as regional product managers to drive a dedicated development program for some key accounts.
  • To report new and lost business, as well as customer and market related developments in an accurate and timely manner.
  • To apply the Kuehne + Nagel sales software KN VLOG in it’s full extend.
  • To comply with instructions given by team leaders and management team, and follow given disciplinary guidelines.
  • To understand and follow the Kuehne + Nagel quality management system, as well as be innovative and create a high standard of practice that conforms with the company’s philosophy.
  • Provide counsel to and nurture relationships with all accounts ; ensure customer satisfaction relative to quality of product and service.
  • Maintain close contacts with all accounts to cement relationships and better understand their business needs and requirements.
  • Explore and create incremental business opportunities with existing customers.
  • Bring a value-added approach to all issues and projects. Stay on top of news and trends in the industry; bring them to the attention of customers and the company, as appropriate.
  • Ensure and test for consistent set-up of Kuehne & Nagel’s IT systems across the Asia-Pacific region for seamless information flow with key accounts (i.e. KN Login, KN iLog, CIEL, ACON, KN VLOG, etc.).
  • Set targets for priority traffics, partnerships/relationships within the global Kuehne & Nagel network.

Requirement:

  • Education:University graduate
  • Minimum 5 years experience in logistics firm
  • Strong sales skills and presentation skill
  • Good command in English
  • Energetic, aggressive and self-motivated
  • Occasional travels required.
  • Willing to work under pressure.

有5年以上的货运代理销售经验优先!
