职位描述：
Skills:
In deep knowledge of:
Food safety system and quality management system
Relevant raw materials and packaging materials, particularly with respect to food safety

Good knowledge of:
Principles for changes of products / processes or introduction of new products / processes
Supply of agricultural raw materials to the factory
Relevant process & equipment unit operations and processes
Relevant products and recipes

Responsibilities:
1.Correct functioning of Quality Assurance System in the factory
2.Responsible for daily operation of QA to ensure product quality meets requirements
3.Follow-up of non-conforming products
4.GMP check, follow up and verify
5.Organize daily internal product evaluation and product comparison
6.Handling and follow-up of complaints
7.Dealing with the third party audit, internal audit, etc.
8.Sorting and reporting of monthly reports
9.Product quality training and sample delivery
10.Update of quality system documentation

    美国百麦公司成立于1937年，位于美国俄克拉荷马州图尔萨市。其创始人为马歇尔夫妇。百麦成立初期为当地餐馆供应新鲜烘烤派，随着公司的迅速发展，1963年百麦与全球快餐连锁企业麦当劳开始合作，成为麦当劳风味派的供应商。

在2016年底广州百麦食和东莞百嘉宜已成功完成转股，由合资模式转为国有持股企业。

    百麦作为中国麦当劳指定的风味派***供应商。自公司成立以来不断地改进和开发产品来满足亚洲市场。
    1999年百麦的产品开始供应中国香港，新加坡市场，
    2000年开始，产品出口到韩国、马来西亚、菲律宾、日本，印度尼西亚等国家。
