Key responsibilities
工作职责:
1. Daily logistics order processing and operation coordination
负责日常订单跟进和操作协调
2. Daily orders consolidation execution and truck loading planning
负责整理订单并制定车队装卸计划
3. Execution of trucker route allocation and share
负责执行车队路线安排和信息共享
4. Daily coordinate with local factories to ensure on-time pickup
与当地工厂保持联系并确保货物准时装载
5. Daily monitor and ensure on-time delivery from factories to DCs
对货物从工厂到仓库进行日常监控并确保能准时送达
6. To report all “out of ordinary” issues immediately to supervisor to ensure contingencies are in place
及时讲异常情况汇报给主管,确保应急方案能及时执行
7. Booking confirmation checking & DCs orders confirmation
负责预约确认检查以及仓库订单的确认
8. Shipping Schedule update to DCs every week
负责将每周运输安排更新给仓库
9. TMS system application
使用TMS系统
10. Order process 100% accurancy and on time
确保订单准确并及时送达
11. Ensure proper documentation and administration of daily operations, e.g. delivery orders, loading plans etc
确保文件和日常运营管理能够顺利进行,例如,运输订单,装卸计划.
12. Build and maintain positive relationship with all stakeholders
与承运商建立和维持良好的关系
13. Optimization for high efficienty ,cost saving/avoidance, and procedure re-engineering for operation excellence
优化工作流程,节约成本,使运营流程更高效,更优化.

Key Qualification
岗位要求:
1. 2 year above domestic logistics experience
2年以上的国内物流运输经验
2. A colleage degree major in Logistics and Supply Chain Management
大专以上学历,物流或供应链相关专业
3.ERP Application
能运用ERP系统;
4. Self-motivated, proactive, responsible, quick learner and able to work under pressure
工作积极主动,负责,能快速学习并能在压力下工作
5. Good interpersonal & communication skills
良好的人际沟通技能
6. Good execution and systematics mind-set
良好的执行力和工作有系统,有条例
7. Influencing and collaboration skills
