Role Title: Senior Consultant Specialist

Business: Global Banking & Markets IT

Role Purpose / Description

We are looking for senior consultant specialist who care about delivering software excellence. We are growing our team delivering solutions to our global FX business. We employ agile & continuous delivery approaches to software delivery based on the principles of Scrum, Kanban, Extreme Programming and continuous improvement. Our development managers play a key leadership role shaping and guiding the organization to continuously improve and deliver value for the business.

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who:

- Have experience leading and managing multiple agile cross function delivery teams encompassing 20+ staff

- Demonstrable ability to mentor, grow & motivate teams to delivery excellence

- Demonstrable ability to mentor, develop talent, and motivate staff to reach their optimum performance levels and career development.

- Work directly with business & technology leadership to define product and organizational strategy

- Takes end to end accountability for quality delivery and production operation

- Are passionate about technology and look for opportunities to learn and bring new ideas to the organization

- Have an innovative yet pragmatic approach to creating business and technology solutions

- Maximize the value their team delivers through developing a deep understanding of, and close working relationship with the FX business

- Build a deep understanding of the needs of the FX business and trading flows managed by the platform

- Coordinating with stakeholders globally, to help shape and deliver the book of work
