JOB DESCRIPTION岗位职责: INNOVATION SUPPORT MANAGER创新技术支持经理
Based in Shanghai, as a member of our technical expert team, you will provide advanced technical support to our clients who are formulating our ingredients in East and North China.
? Develop strong expertis in our products
? Train our distributors and make sure they have the latest knowledge
? Promote our products to customers in coordination with our distributors and our innovation support team
? Interfaces directly with key customers at different stages of projects or problems, understanding customer issues, communicating proposals and solutions
? Frequent training in our Guangzhou laboratory needed
驻上海办事处，作为技术专家团队的一员，你将提供领先的技术支持给我们的客户，即那些使用我们的原料研发化妆品配方的华东以及华北的化妆品公司。
● 在我们的产品方面，发展更强的专业技术。
● 培训我们的分销商，确保他们掌握最新的知识。
● 协助分销商和技术支持团队，向客户推广我们的产品。
● 在各个项目和技术问题中，直接面对大客户，理解客户的需求，建议和解决方案。
● 需要经常参加广州总部的培训

PROFILE
? University degree required with a technical major
? At least 3 years experience in the cosmetic ingredients industry, preferably as a formulator
? Strong knowledge of the cosmetic science
? You are passionate about inspiring progress in our industry; You like learning and sharing new knowledge
? Speaking in a clear voice, mandarin standard, good team communication skills and understanding capability
? Good sense of customer service.
? Excellent written communication in English. A spoken English would be a plus to interact directly with frequent foreign visitors
? Proficient with Power Point and MS Office

岗位要求：
● 大学本科毕业，专业化工、化学
● 至少3年化妆品原料行业经验。担任过配方师的优先。
● 较强的化妆品专业知识。
● 有热情去启发化妆品行业的灵感，喜欢学习和分享知识。
● 口齿清晰，普通话标准，很好的团队沟通技巧和理解能力。
● 对客户服务有很好的意识。
● 英语写作沟通技巧熟练，良好的英语口语可以帮助和外宾沟通。
● 精通MS OFFICE 等办公软件， 包括Power Point。
