Essential Function 1: Sales
1. To take the sales responsibility of North & East China including following KPI
a. Sales target and margin target.
b. A/R target including overdue vs A/R; A/R vs Sales
c. Inventory control inluding stock level CN27.
Essential Function 2: Team management
1. To lead the team NOT only maintain current business but also achieve increase target of Greater China.
a. Coach and support sales rep in the daily work including visit plan, business plan and relationship buildup.
b. coordinate with TM to allocate technical service to target customers with most effective return.
c. coordinate with SCM, CN09, JMC to maximize the communication of supply and product development.
d To improve sales team's efficiency and keep SG&A in the limits.
Essential Function 3: Key account management
1. To develop key accout business in the area.
2. To coordinate the KA business with GKA managers in Asia and global.
3 To be responsible for the KA coordinator in China.
Essential Function 4: Distributor management
1. To set a clear target to the traders of its customer business plan with breakdown of 80% of its entire sales.
2. To increase direct sales %.
3 To enlarge Clariant's coverage not only in existing 1st & 2nd tier market but also inland China.
a. To setup, train and qualify sub traders in inland China.
Essential Function 5: Country business plan
1. To complete and maintain customer mapping.
2. To analysis the market trend and come up with a business plan to fit Clariant's growth strategy in China.
3 To support MWB and ensure on time developing.
