职位描述：
1. Role of this position

-Member of the MFE(Manufacturing Engineering) team , the dedicated technology engineer realize the different actions linked to the technology job and participate to the team to reach the SMT production targets in term of cost, quality, lead time, effficiency:
- Participate to reach the SMT production objectives
- Continous improvements from the SMT process for the SMT production with WCM approach
- Set up the requirement for different tools to guarantee the production of different products with good quality and output
- Train the technicians and operators.
- Participate new product design review.
- Lead PCBa new product introductioin to SMT Line.
- Create the programms, working instruction, parameters folders.
- Create and follow SMT process procedure document and define relative technical specification
- Valide the pre-serial and the new processes.
- Lead some improvement for the equipments, follow them (CPK, update SW and HW) and participate to the maintenance plan.
- Participate to new SMT process and new SMT equipment introduction.
- Lead SMT indirect material evaluation and introduction and make a costdown action
- Lead PCBa product SPI and AOI program setup and debug and optimization
- Participate to the PFMEA and investments.
- Participate to the MES system to implement MES requirement
- Interface according to the SMT production responsible demand to the industrialisation team as a team member.

Qualification / required experience

- College with 4-5 years of experience on the SMT process and SMT equipment follow. 举报 分享
