职位描述：
Job Scope & Major Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with design team to ensure all products are developed in accordance with the design and technical requirements while maintaining an emphasis on performance, quality and integrity.
2. Drive the development to ensure best options, qualities, prices, lead times.
3. Conducting quality checks and overseeing production.
4. Managing factory relationships and ensures good communication from development to production.
5. Well organized and structured to meet all timelines as agreed.
6. All other duties as assigned accordingly.
Requirements:
1 Education: College graduate
2 Experience (Minimum Relevant Experience/Minimum Supervisory Experience)
- At least 3 years experience working in the footwear development, strong understanding of footwear manufacturing–pattern engineering, mold making, grading, material processing, etc).
- It will be a plus having rich factory resource
- Have sense of fashion and knowing footwear production process
3 Professional Qualifications, Knowledge and skills
- Knowledge of Excel and related Microsoft Office software
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
4 Competencies
- Strong negotiation skills and problem solving skill
- Good sense of art, color, silhouette
- Team player and could work under fast-paced & multi-tasked environment. 举报 分享
