职位描述：
Main Responsibilities
? Double check on order confirmed, Analysing, correcting and supervising the financial data submitted by the Finance team member;
? Cash flow check, Gap check;
? Financial budget updated (Operational cost), Sales budget and effectuated sales (TMP Incomes in budget);
? Hong Kong Financial report, HK new regulation/tax/accounting/difference check;
? Preparing the financial reports based on the financial data submitted by the Finance Controller or the updated and validated data from the Intranet;
? Ensure the Financial information in Intranet is updated continuously;
? Pushing customer for payment if needed.
? Centralize all kinds of Financial documents for yearly audit of the registered companies and document checks;
? Customers & Suppliers Contract / Agreement control, negotiation & following up
? Advice in various corporate decisions connected to financial predictions;
? Propose improvements in the financial process, reports and financial systems;
? Proactively solving problems and proposing solutions;
? Represent Financial team within TMP, TDF and management;
? Assist and support Financial team in the daily operation;
? Insuring a liability and coordinate harmonious collaboration between Finance department & other department
? Yearly China Audit (Done through CIIC), Yearly HK Financial Reporting & working with Audit
? Enhance discipline in follow up of work instructions;
? Train newcomers and explain the TMP & TDF process.

Requirements :
? Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
? Working experience with finance systems and with Excel.
? A strong and pro-active work ethic combined with a dedicated attitude.
? Good moral integrity.
? High attention to detail, accuracy with an organized and methodical work approach.
? Demonstrated ability to take initiative and contribute towards a dynamic team environment.
? Skill in strategic management and corporate advice.
? Results focused and self-motivated.
? Fluent in spoken and written English
? Minimum of 10 years relevant work experience, minimum of 5 years experience in trading company.


任职要求：
1.金融、经济、财务或法律等相关专业本科以上学历。
2.10年以上工作经验，至少5年以上外贸行业经验。
3.熟悉进出口贸易行业或供应链行业，对进出口贸易行业财务监管、资金管控有深入了解与实战经验者优先。
4.具有较好的战略规划与事实能力，前瞻性思维敏锐，有较强的分析与报告撰写能力。
5.具有良好的沟通协调能力，全英文环境，要求英语沟通流利。
