职位描述：
Main Responsibility:

1. 负责制定和实施设备的预防性维护及日常维修管理，参与制订设备指导性文件；
1.Response for formulation and implementation of preventive maintenance, creat and continue to optimize PM level1-4 guiding documents;

2. 具备机械设计能力并熟练使用CAD和Soliwork软件，能够解决设备的问题以及对设备机械部分进行合理化改造，降低设备故障率提升设备稳定性 ;
2. Mechanical design capability, skilled with Auto-CAD, Solidworks etc. Can recognize machine constructional defact and give professinal solution to improve machine stability;

3.生产线设备维修支持，每周MTTR MTBF数据汇总和根本原因分析，识别责任区域不良设备和原因并制定相应的下周工作计划 ;
3.Strong technical support to daily troubleshooting , weekly MTTR & MTBF tracking summary and top issue root case analysis to high light APZ top machine lost and make related maintenance plan for next week ;

4.支持新设备的技术评审及验收工作；参与新设备的安装及协助调试工作；
4. Provide strongly support for new machine technical evaluation, work with engineering colleagues in installation and testing project phase to ensure the project schedule ;

5. 参与并指导维修技术员完成设备预防性检修，每周对团队维修技术员提供针对机器和针对具体的MTTR首要问题的培训 ;
5. Lead PM technicians to carry out the equipment preventive maintenance action，Provide weekly internal training for technicians for APZ machines and top MTTR lost topics;

6. 有较强的责任心,良好团队协作能力、沟通能力、善于学习，动手能力强. ;
6. Strong responsibility, good teamwork, communication skills, learning ability ;

7.完成维修主管及经理所布置的其他工作任务.
7.Complete temporary jobs assigned by maintenance supervise/manager.

1. 具备机电一体化相关知识，能够使用AUTO-CAD和Solidworks进行机械画图.
1. Mechatronics knowledge,skilled at AUTO-CAD and Solidworks.

2. 熟练运用WINDOWS操作系统及办公软件.
2. Skilled at WINDOWS system and office software.

3. 具备机械设计能力并熟悉电气控制原理、机器人、视觉系统等应聘者优先考虑.
3. It is priority if have experience with mechanical design, robot, industrial visul system.

Education:
机械、自动化、机电一体化专业，本科及以上学历
Mechanical, automation, mechatronics majors, bachelor above.

Work experience:
5年以上外企制造业设备维护相关工作经历
