Role Purpose
The Product Development Manager is a mid-level position. Responsible for developing and executing product design, development and documentation of products for marketing, advertising, internal communication and data mining.
Key Accountabilities
- Responsible for design, development and execution of new products in assigned categories including data platform, marketing platform.
- Responsible for maintenance, internal support of existing online products including internal communication system, data crawling service.
- Work on programming and scripting for some ad hoc requirement from business team, especially in front-end technology.
- Coordinate with internal data engineer, back-end engineer for visualizing data.
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned from the Director of Product.
Personal Specification
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Mini. 3 years proven experience of programming as a key role in software / product development
- Proven experience of independently development in software / product
- Must have strong skill at front-end programming including JS, H5
- Must have strong skill at script language such as python, ruby.
- Linux skill is basic.
- Must have a sense of urgency and be deadline-oriented
- Must have strong analytical skills
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and communication skills.
- Innovating thinker is preferred
