职位描述：
Foreigner,work in Tianjin,China.

Position Overview:
Under minimal supervision from Board of Directors,plans and oversees all operations at the Miniworld.GM ensures that all team members are performing duties satisfactorily according to plans,on time,and on budget.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
It is the primary responsibility of the GM to build and manage a cohesive team of everyone needed to build and operate a MiniWorld.The GM should have good knowledge of business management,construction of displays,landscapes and buldings,marketing,education and ability to communicate well the Board of Directors,the legal department,HR,ang all other operational departments.
1- Good team player but also a great teacher and leader.
2-oversee creation and design all new landscape installations.
3-Will follow design sepcifiations and model architecture plans as well aslocal safety codes.
4-Lead and coordinate timelines,taska,goals and be a team leader.
5-Monitor quality of buildings,bridges and objects,prepare and assmble for installation in various landscapes,make sure all deadines are met.
6-Assemble and motiave teams to perform various tasks.
7-Oversee several teams and projects to make the landscapes and activities come to life.
8-Stay up date on all major areas of industry operations,improve when possible.
9-Complete all required paperwork,monitor for accuracy and consistency.

Qualifications & Skills:
Education:Bachelors from university required,Master's degree or MBA preferred.
Experience:A minimum of five years operating a similar organizatin.
Ability:A record of building ang operating organizations with over 50 people.

Skills and Details:
1-Working knowledge of AutoCad,or equivalent drafting application.
2-The ability to read and understand architectural blueprints.
3-Efficient interpersonal skills to deal effectively with team members;able to motivate and lead.
4-Ability to stay current on industry trends and incorporate suitable new things into operation.
5-Ability to teach others how to perform tasks.
6-Buddgeting experience.
7-Good hygiene and clean appearance.
8-Likes seeing kids,parents ,staff,and the Board of Directors say "WOW!"

Additinoal Information:
Bilingual candidates (fluent in either Mabdarin Chinese or English,with working Knowledge of the other Language) are strongly preferred. 举报 分享
