Merchandiser Manager / Team Leader

Dinova is the buying office for the French Retail Chain named “La Foir’Fouille”.
The Company is in charge of organizing its importation in collaboration with French buyers. Products are usual goods from super market, excluding food and garment. The different teams are dealing with sourcing, sampling, translation, design packaging, production/shipment reporting, inspection, quality control...

Job Description

The Marketing / Product Manager is the leader of 4-5 Senior Merchandisers.

Each Senior Merchandiser is in charge of one buyer/range of item and need to arrange production with the factory according to the customer requirement.

The manager has to make sure:
-the team is following the company procedure
-the team answer customer requests on time
-Organize the sourcing strategy for the team
-Confirm inspection report done by QC team after the merchandiser did the first check and confirmation
-Confirm Sales Contract General term and condition
-Confirm that all penalty and discount have been deducted before releasing payment
-Complete and check the order follow up.
-Find the best solutions to problems with merchandiser


Job Requirements
- Has to be open-minded, precise, fast and with strong negotiating skills.
- At least 5 years experience in factories or international trade are required.
- Good management skill, at least 2 years management experience.
- Perfect English is required, French is a plus.


* We offer social insurance & house fund to all the staff. Working day is five-day week.
